STARTS FRIDAY ON DESERT

YUCCA VALLEY - The limit of entries is nearly complete for the third annual Pioneer Pass Golf Challenge. The golfing event, featuring the 28-mile "World's Longest and Only 19th Hole” connecting the Hi-Desert of Yucca Valley with the mountain country of Bear Valley, will start Friday and be completed Saturday.
